This meditation is based on "the law of attraction".  Turning the negative into the positive. You know it, everyone goes through a period where he or she can't see it anymore zit, you want to put an end to the old and focus on the new, what you want out of your to live. You can also call it a bucket list, but how do you find the strength to convert what you do succeed and actually receive it. Listen to this meditation as often as possible and you will see that you surround yourself with positivity and let go of what gives you negativity. Even if you think you can never receive something, it happens.
